“The main entrance door to our store was not working Black Friday morning which did not start the day out very well and we were not sure if anyone would be available to repair it since it was a holiday. We called NW Door Pro and left a message. They called back and notified us a tech would be there by noon and the tech showed up as promised. He did a terrific job considering the issue he found and had the door operational within 3 hours, also having to work around customers entering and leaving the store. The service tech kept us notified of his progress and worked diligently the entire time he was there. He also followed up with us the next day to ensure everything was still working well. Our experience working with NW Door Pro was great from start to finish!”
